Code of Conduct

Please treat our doctors, staff, and other patients with kindness, dignity, and respect.

  • Attend appointments as scheduled and call to cancel or reschedule in accordance with our cancellation policy.
  • Use appropriate language and avoid offensive comments or actions, including threats, racial, religious, or gender/sexual preference slurs, sexual harassment, or other disruptive behaviors.
  • Be courteous and respectful when using cell phones or other electronic devices, and obtain consent before taking photos or videos in our offices.

Every day, our providers and staff are committed to providing the highest levels of care to our patients.
Please show them the respect they deserve and that you expect as a patient or visitor in return.

If These Guidelines Are Not Followed

  • Patients may be asked to leave and/or make other plans for their non-urgent care going forward. Future care may require review before an appointment is allowed to be scheduled.
  • For severe violations, the patient may be asked to leave and prohibited from being seen in any of our offices again.
  • Visitors may be asked to leave and could be restricted from attending future visits.
